RapidSSLonline.com guarantees its quality with a full replacement or refund of all products. RapidSSLonline.com will cancel and refund, or issue a store credit, for an order upon request by a customer within 30 days of the original purchase. The refund/cancellation request must be made via the Customer's control panel for the specific order.
To get a store credit or refund, the account holder should fill out our online form. Please note that while a store credit can be processed immediately, a refund may take up to 72 hours to process.
In the event a certificate is purchased for fraudulent use, the product and associated payment are forfeited and the customer does not qualify for a refund or exchange of any kind. If the certificate was issued, it will be canceled without any notice or permission.
For SAN Purchases, Please Note: Due to a limitation with the Certificate Authorities we work with, our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to the purchase of additional SANs (Subject Alternative Names). Please contact us to discuss your options in this scenario. Pertaining to subscription products - you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the subscription service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.
